The Oasis and its vast water park
The Oasis area has 3,200 m2 devoted to swimming and sliding. Kids and grown-ups alike will be thrilled! Swimmers will be able to do as many lengths as they like in the large pools. These swimming pools will also suit those who like to take a gentle dip.
Although the Oasis area has a lively club vibe, there are plenty of ways to relax too. Especially in the water park with its balneotherapy area. The ultimate place to unwind while savouring the benefits of the water.
California, a sanctuary of serenity
If you want a tranquil setting in which to bathe, the California area is the place to be. The wave pool creates ripples to inspire well-being. And then there’s the whirlpool, a must for chilling out in the water.
Add to that a landscaped lawn area and you’ve got the ideal setting! In summer, the La Terrasse restaurant contributes to this ambience. So, after some time in the water, head over there for something tasty grilled over the wood fire.
A campsite near Le Barcarès beach
More good news: our campsite in Le Barcarès is just a kilometre from the beach! A quick 5-minute bike ride along the greenway will take you to the beach, where you can spend your afternoon in the water and on the sand. Then, head back for one last splash at the campsite!
As well as swimming in the sea, when the Tramontane blows, you can indulge in your favourite water-based activities. In addition, not far from the campsite, the Leucate-Salses lagoon is the ideal setting for a range of watersports.
